Workshops

This is the part I do in person.

The library gives you practices you can use on your own. In person, I can see when you are forcing, holding back, or ready to go further. I guide the pace, help you stay with what comes up, and leave enough time for you to land before you walk back into your life. That is what a screen cannot do.

Three workshops. Two run an hour. The third takes an afternoon or an evening. I host any of them at my place, or I bring one to yours: a gym, a studio, a farm, a retreat.

Foundational breathwork

Centering

Sonic Neural Breathwork

The Kiln

Fifty five minutes with your eyes covered.

The rest of the three and a half hours is arriving and coming back.

3.5 hours · 3 to 5 people · Afternoon or evening

Ask about The Kiln

For
Screened in advance. Intake form and waiver required.
Flow
Arrive and set intentions. Fifty five minutes of Sonic Neural Breathwork. Then a slow way back, food, and a share circle around the fire that nobody has to speak in. At my place it opens with slow breathing and an ice plunge.
You provide
A private room, low light, restrooms, floor space, and room outside for a fire.
I bring
Sound system, tuning forks, handpan, resin, a second space holder.

Everyone completes an intake form and signs a waiver before this one. Screening covers heart conditions, epilepsy, eye conditions, pregnancy, blood thinners, panic attacks and anything that rules out cold water.

Why breathe

I know what it is to watch the life I spent decades building become unrecognizable. Over a short stretch, I buried people I loved, lost my marriage, my financial foundation, nearly every relationship I had, and the day-to-day life I knew with my kids. I found myself in a spare bedroom, starting again from scratch, while the responsibility to work, provide, and keep going remained.

I found plant medicine, and it saved me. Eventually that led me to breathwork, which empowered me by showing me I could bring my body into a deep meditative state with nothing but my own breath.

The rest came slowly. Eating clean. Time outside, in the woods and around a fire. Breathing on purpose. I have felt the pain, and I have felt the recovery that comes after it. I want to help other men find their way through to the other side.

What happens next

I read every message myself and reply within a couple of days. We settle the date, the place and who is coming, and I send you what to expect and what to bring. For The Kiln, the intake form and waiver come first.

Book a workshop

Tell me which workshop, roughly when, and where. Plain words are enough. I read every message myself.
